Scheduled Reports

How do I generate scheduled reports from Log Server?
Clients want/need to know how many events are logged over a selected time period so I thought I should be able to generate a scheduled report and email it - a'la NagiosXI.
Is there an extra module I need to load to achieve this ?

Currently this functionality is not available in the Nagios Log Server, however we have a feature request in place (TASK ID 4303) about adding reporting to NLS.

I don't have an ETA. The ideas of what reports to be included in the NLS are still being explored/discussed.
What do you want to see as a report in the Nagios Log Server? We are open to any ideas.

Just having the ability to export query results to Excel or PDF would be a great start.
Not all management want to log into a system and execute a query.

Yes I was thinking along the same lines - any query should have the option to schedule it and attach to an email as a CSV/PDF.
Similar to the way scheduled reports function in NagiosXI
