Users missing from Deploy Dashboard

Hi,
We have 73 users, but only 68 are showing up in the "Deploy To Users" checklist on the "Deploy Dashboard" page.
So these accounts (among which is my own account, which I have already deleted and recreated), can't receive Dashboards from other users...

What version of XI and the component do you have? The XI version is listed on the bottom of each page, and the component version can be found under Admin -> Manage Components.

Are these 73 users "xi users" or there are some, that are "contacts only"? The "xi users" and "contacts" are similar but not the same. For more info, review the following document:

If you created a "contact only" by going to the CCM->Contacts->Add New, it wouldn't show up in the "Deploy To Users" section under the "Dashboard Deployment Tool".

Ludmill, Michiel is indeed talking about 73 xi users. He noticed the issue with his own account, which is also a user. He even tried recreating his user, but it didn't help. Grtz

Just for troubleshooting information, I have 217 XI users and when logged in as myself, all but me are listed(which I assume is by design).

Hi, we are trying to deploy from one user to another
(btw: send contacts in pm to jolson)
