It's not quite clear what you're trying to do.
There is a parameter called "notification interval" in all hosts and services. This will adjust how often you're notified once a problem is found.
Alternatively you can just acknowledge the problem in the WebUI. This will stop all notifications until either the host/service changes state or returns to an OK status depending on whether you choose sticky or not.
Do either of these answer your question?

exactely I need adjust how often you're notified once a problem is found; which is once.
So once we have an issue I don't want to be notified ever x number of minutes.
As you can see in the attached pic, I have it set to 0 but I keep getting notified aprox ever one hour.
Thanks,
George

I think the reason that's happening George is because you using 0 causes the wizard to fill the element with nothing. As a result the setting would actually get inherited from the template. For reference the xiwizard default template has a 60 minute interval. Setting the interval to 0 proper would result in 1 notification and no repeat notifications.
If you put a whole number in there does it provide the expected results? Are you aware of how to go back and change these settings in the CCM? If not I can throw together a couple screenshots that may help.

I've been trying everything; what I need is to be notified once when something goes wrong then nothing until resolved.
can I change the xiwizard default template from 60 to unlimited (as only get notified once and nothing until it is resolved)

You can.
Configure --> Core Configuration Manager --> Tempaltes --> (Host/Service) Templates --> xiwizard_generic_(host/service)
The rest is pretty straightforward. I suggest using the setting "0" in your Notification interval to achieve the goal you seek. You'll have to do it for both Host and Service checks at your discretion and also be aware this will affect ALL of the hosts and services you've created via wizard so far.
Sounds like there is potentially a bug in setting the interval in the wizard. I'll investigate that on this end.

You can also change the notification interval value in bulk (for the "old" hosts/services) via the Nagios XI Enterprise Edition and Bulk Modifications Tool.
