I have gone through so many nagios plugin for HP products. From those flowwing URL seems good.
http://exchange.nagios.org/directory/Pl ... hp/details
Would you share any step by step guide to integrate with my nagios 4.0.8- Ubuntu 15.04 (GNU/Linux 3.16.0-36-generic x86_64)?
If you have any recommended plugin that suits much better, please suggest accordingly.
Expecting yours kind help!

Each vendor has their own specific way of handling things, we don't at this time provide documentation for each vendor. We leave it up to the Exchange authors to document their contributions.
This HP method assumed that you installed the OS using the Proliant SmartStart (now Intelligent Provisioning) stuff so that it could put all of the appropriate SNMP agent stuff on the OS. Did you do that? If so, running the plugin against the server should be a trivial task.

The one you're looking at is likely a great choice, it was recently updated and has good reviews. You need to have the prerequisites in place though. If you did a bare install and didn't use the smartstart CD backfilling those requirements can be difficult - I know from experience. What metrics specifically are you trying to monitor? Many hardware metrics can be pulled using SNMP and iLO if memory serves me, this involves no OS agents. If you want to know say the disk array status or some such, the OS will need to be involved.
