Hi All,

Is their a way we can send scheduled SLA reports by emails, for time being even a cron job will do , is their a way to run it from cli ?

The consensus is that this will be something that will be included in the next big release of Nagios XI.

If you would like to give it a shot here is what you need.

First you'll need to add some things to the Nagios XI includes directory, which is one reason this component cannot be released ASAP. At any rate, the changes are fairly benign and do not tamper directly with the core functionality of Nagios XI. I wrote up a doc that will hopefully cover most of it:

Then on your local machine download the reportmod component at http://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagi ... ortmod.zip and install it as a component. Then just go to your reports page and you'll have a new page.

Kudos to the team for developing this , since this is in development can we also suggest that ability to get the performance graphs in the reports would be great speacially now with the graph expolorer component, why just dump those graphs in the reports along with the services! Would definitely make the reporting feature complete, as at the moment we have to manually fudge stuff together.

The consensus is that entire scheduled reporting feature will not be an official release until Nagios XI 2012, but I'll be sure you get to "beta" the features before the release.
