Nagiosxi multi-tenancy

Hi,
Trying to configured multi-tenancy feature in nagiosxi but not able to apply configuration below error persist
Applying Configuration
Command submitted for processing...
Waiting for configuration verification... ..
Configuration verification failed.
Success! Nagios Core was restarted with an updated configuration.

below steps i have perform
1. created users
2.created contact groups
3. above error persist when trying to applyconfiguration.
4.not able to see contact groups in notificatoin settings.
please share doc if available and help me out with above error.
