I need to make some kind of host group for my hosts. Like i have few Windows, Linux, Switches, Firewalls for Germany. Same amount of NE for France. So i want Germany NE will sent alarm to specific email addresses & France NE should send alarm to specific email addresses.

Would you please let me know where & how to change can make the difference!

I'm thinking that host and service escalations will be what you want.

Create contact groups for the different regional areas that contain the different contacts.

You can use the different hostgroups against all services * in the escalations and assign these to the relevant contact groups.
