We are having couple of Exinda box which is used for Optimization over the LAN & WAN network. Do, you got any tool which could help me to monitor those NE through Nagios?

It doesn't look great.
We don't have any exinda specific plugins on the exchange. I searched a bit to see what kind of SNMP support exinda has and it appears to be minimal. If you can get the vendor to supply you with a MIB for their SNMP agent you can see what all is monitorable. Also if there is any remote shell access (ssh or rsh) you could likely write some custom plugins - however we don't have anything for that type of device pre-built.
