Suppressing Acknowledge email notifications

Nagios Team,
I know this has been brought up in the past... but is there a way to suppress the acknowledgement emails.
We also use a ticketing system, and our system automatically creates tickets in a service called ServiceNow. Is there any way to suppress the ack emails from being sent to an individual contact?
