Suppressing Acknowledge email notifications

Nagios Team,
I know this has been brought up in the past... but is there a way to suppress the acknowledgement emails.

We also use a ticketing system, and our system automatically creates tickets in a service called ServiceNow. Is there any way to suppress the ack emails from being sent to an individual contact?

This feature is added and ready for the next release of Nagios XI. Does the below look like it'll work appropriately for you?
