MSSQL Pages Issue

Hello Team,
We are facing issue on MSSQL Free Pages Per Sec & MSSQL Stolen Pages Per Sec and remaining all parameters are monitoring properly from MSSQL Server monitoring Wizard
Please find the below error for the same:
