How can I stop the Enterprise trial and disable features?

Client is convinced that Enterprise trial has messed up the system and they want it disabled ASAP. How can I accomplish this?
I don't think it is possible to disable a trial.
Can you elaborate on the following: "Client is convinced that Enterprise trial has messed up the system"? We've never heard of anyone else having issues with the Enterprise trial... Are you really sure the trial is the cause of your client's problems?
