I am having couple pair of Juniper SSG5 firewall which needs to be integrated through NAGIOS for proper monitoring. Would you please share me steps to add those NE to NAGIOS?

I am using NAGIOS 4.0.8 with media server: Ubuntu 15.04 (GNU/Linux 3.16.0-36-generic x86_64).

There are a few Juniper plugins out on the Exchange. Take a look at those and see if any of them will work for you. If not you'll need to likely just write a few custom services to monitor what you wish using snmp plugins.
