possible feature request?

Is there anyways to make adaptive alerts?
For example I want to create a filter for "X error number blah blah" and have it do an alert for a loop back of 1 hour. But I want it to only alert if the average number of errors exceeds the hourly average it has occurred from the past 5 business days (excluding holidays). I don't see that really possible currently. If not can I put in a feature request for this? Thanks.
