Mail Server Monitoring Wizard

Morning all
Forgive me extreme NEWBIE with Nagios here. I just installed NagiosXI I am trying to get some monitoring up for work. I am running through all the docs and so on currently.
I have two quick questions about the mail server monitor....Where can I find the install instructions.

The above is the DL link but no instructions there...
My last question where is the best tutorial for Nagios....I have to try and get this up and working ASAP.
