I have the next installation:

Nagios XI
Centos 6
64 bits
Manual installation

Is it possible for Nagios (maybe throught some add-on) to keep in DB historic data of performance values?

We've tried to get such information but found it only saves historic data on service state changes.

The historical performance data is stored (with a various levels of granularity) for up to 4 years in the RRDs. You can review the "/usr/local/nagios/etc/pnp/rra.cfg" file to see the "default" configuration. I would highly recommend against modifying this file, unless you know what you are doing!
