I'm sure this has been asked a million times (and probably answered two million times), but I'm curious to know if there is a way to show the warning and critical levels on a graph?

We are graphing several items that would greatly benefit from displaying the warning and critical levels on the graph so folks would know in an instant where the warning and critical levels are in relationship to the graphed data.

Can someone point me in a direction?

The Highcharts performance data graphs currently do not support threshold lines. You will need to switch to the older pnp4nagios graphs in order to see them:
Admin --> Manage System Config --> Uncheck: "Use Highcharts for Perfdata Graphs:"
