wmic issue

we have large nagios xi environment and we have some wmi issues - The windows box we can access with nagios account or AD account still showing the below error and not show any services like CPU, memory and disk usage
" UNKNOWN - The WMI query had problems. You might have your username/password wrong or the user's access level is too low. Wmic error text on the next line."

no, the event log does not indicate anything.

Can you go through this guide and make sure the permissions are setup on the Windows server?
