Hi Everybody !!!

Here i am again asking for your help !!!!!

When we applied some change ( the time to check the device, the treshold for send an alert,
the option for activate or inactivate alerts, users related with the device, etc)
in the "hosts" or in the "services" that we have under monitoring,
in an intermitent way the color of some of the icons change from green to yellow or red.

Also, we experimented that the change that was configurated is applied in an intermitent way.

In this example we configured "Schedule downtime for all services on this host", but like you see in the images shared, the change looks intermitent.
Can somebody help me?

We are using:
Nagios XI Version : 2014R2.6
x86_64
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.0 (Maipo)
Gnome is not installe

In your screenshot there are two lines of circles.
The first line has some circles with spanner icons.
The second line has different coloured circles.

Where was this screenshot taken? Are these two lines from the same host?

Can you provide a screenshot with more information that makes it clearer.

The two lines are from the same host.

In the example we configured "Schedule downtime for all services on this host", but like you see in the images shared, the change looks intermitent.

In sometimes, after refresh the minemap view, we saw "circles with spanner icons", and in other times the "coloured circles"

But remember that we have the ( intermitent )issue not only with this function ( "Schedule downtime for all services on this host" ), we also have experimented the intermitent aplication of changes when is modified : the time to check the device, the treshold for send an alert,
the option for activate or inactivate alerts, users related with the device, etc. All these in an intermitent way.

Is upgrading from 2014R2.6 to 2014R2.7 an option for you? There was a CCM bug with CentOS 7 that was fixed in the latest release. Upgrading to the latest version of XI *might* fix the issue.
