Hi,

We have XI 2014R2.7.

We have a new host that has been in 'Host check is pending' status for 5 days. The 'Next Check' keeps incrementing correctly but last check continues to be 'Never'.

How can we move the status to OK?

Can you verify that you have a valid host check command?

Doh.. a rookie move.

This host command should be driven by its host template (which the command was blank in template). Once added it cleared.
