I broke my XI - NNA install

Hi. I started to do the Nagios XI -> Nagios Network Analyzer integration thing, but put the wrong hostname into the field when it asked for hostname. I used a public IP that is not accessible internally. Now, no matter what I do or what I look for, I can neither continue nor delete the incorrect setting. Whenever I go back to the wizard to add a NNA server, it shows me the aborted one and has the line [ib] Failed connect to API. Check your connection to the host (using SSL?) and make sure your Nagios Network Analyzer is version 2014R1.5 or higher[/b] on it.
How can I delete this entry and start over?

You should be able to make this change by modifying the NNA integration component:

Does accessing this component screen lead to similar results e.g. you cannot change your IP?

This was most likely the missing piece. Thanks. Will check.

Okay, interesting. It works with the proper IP, but not an /etc/hosts based name for that IP (which, admittedly, is one word, not a this.dot.that type thing). Maybe I'll do some research on whether it works if the /etc/hosts entry is dotted or not, but it's working now. Thanks for the right place to look.

No problem - glad to hear that it's working! I'll leave this case open so that you can report your /etc/hosts investigation results, if you get around to doing that.
