company standard Cent6.6 VM, fullinstall error

Trying to build out a new VM out on the latest Cent6.6 image that our linux engineers have published for production. With XI 2014r2.6 source install, I keep hitting this error on 1-prereqs:

I can't figure out where it's trying to pull php54w
