MRTG interpets the data from switches and creates bandwidth graphs.
pnp4nagios interprets performance data from Nagios plugins and creates graphs based upon that data. If you have a plugin that creates the proper performance data you can then simply use pnp4nagios to graph it. From your earlier post it appears you have that working, so just install pnp4nagios, configure to graph those services and you should be set.
MRTG has *NOTHING* to do with Nagios.
