Any chance we could get any pointers please...

Hi Guys,

Due to operational reasons we had to disable the global notifications using the top right hand ticks. On re-enabling not a single notification is being generated..I have checked everything ..we had a major outage for which we didn't receive any alerts ..I have checked in core ui and it's says no notifications however if I look at the actual event log file I can see the notification triggers in

/usr/local/nagios/var/nagios.log

Please help and kindly treat this as urgent.

Is your system properly sending mail? Check /var/log/maillog and send yourself something from the system to check that it works: Change the email address to something valid, of course.

I responded to the ticket not too long ago that you emailed to support, do you want to continue the issue here or with the ticket?
