NSClient++ on 2003 R2

Hi all.

I have NSClient++ installed on a few 2003 R2 servers and they're the only ones showing connection refused. All the proper ports are open on the servers and there is no (obvious) blockages. I also have some 2003 servers which are successfully being monitored with NSClient++. What's the difference between 2003 and 2003 R2 and how do I fix this?

I haven't heard much on this, you might want to try the NSClient forum and see if anyone else has experienced the same issue. If you don't find solutions there let us know and we'll dig deeper on it.

Not much in the forums on this topic. Could you explore this issue further? Its an open (and critical) issue for a client.

cwscribner,

There is another post on the NSClient++ forum besides yours, regarding the same issue. It is an old post and I'm not sure if it will help you solve your problem, but you can check ti out:
