If i view a host in XI, click 'Advanced' and then click the 'Send Custom Notification', there's a field labeled as 'Comments'. If i type something in this field and click Commit, I received the email notification which basically shows me the current state of the host but does not show what I typed in the comments field.

Running latest version of XI 2014R2.7

Modified email notifications to include %comments%, and it works now.
