Nagios XI provides some pretty beautiful graphs! Besides that, you may be able to get highcharts working for Nagios Core:

Is highcharts open source?
I mean is it free and where can I get documentation for installing high charts. I am looking only for open source applications.

It's free for non-commercial use.

I don't think there are any other options that we would have documentation on how to get working with Nagios.

Hello Sir,
Someone on high chart forum told me that its only free for non-commercial use only.
Are you sure that it is open source.
I tried to look on the website too but no where it is listed as open source.

While highcharts is open-source in the sense that the source code is available, the license is more restrictive than most open source projects. The license can be found here:
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/3.0/
The license does not allow for commercial use of highcharts.
