Brand new install of Nagios XI on CentOS 6.+, Monitoring Engine is not running and Notifications Enabled is disabled. Everything else is in the green. Installation went clean enough, had to install ndo2dg.

I suggest you scrap it and reinstall, your install was apparently not clean enough. On a good `./fullinstall` ndo2db is installed and comes up without any monkey business.

If it happens again go ahead and tar.gz-up the whole install.log so we can peek at it, but definitely don't' bother installing ndoutils manually.
