Can you get to the webpage?

We're going to need a lot more information:
- What OS and version is this? "Linux" can meany many, many things.
- What Logserver version?
- What specific errors or problems are you experiencing?

Can you please provide answers to our questions above? It will be difficult to assist if we don't know more. In addition:
- What are you doing to start the web app?
- Which page are you visiting and what does it show?

v6.2.5 64 bit for linux
application does not start

What do you mean the application does not start - what are you doing to attempt to start it, and what does it tell you when it does not start? A screenshot would help us out. It's hard to troubleshoot this problem without understanding exactly what is going wrong. I hope to hear back from you soon - thanks!
