Disk check - warning and critical setting
Posted: Thu Sep 24, 2015 10:28 am
I am using the command "check_nt!USEDDISKSPACE" to monitor the drive space of a server. This is an iscsi drive connected to a windows 2008 r2 server. This drive is 1.6TB in size. I currently have the warning set to 99 and critical set to 100. Due to the size of the drive when the warning alert is inacted there is still 15GB of space available on the drive. I tried changing the warning setting from 99 to 99.5 and restarted nagios without issue, but this has no effect. Is it possible to set half numbers (i.e. .5, .75, etc..) in the warning and critical settings or must I only use whole numbers? If it is possible how is it implemented?
thanks for your assistance.
