I was running Nagios Core 3.0.6 and have migrated everything from core to Nagios XI version Nagios XI 2014R2.7. I had some user who maintain our District MPLS environment bring to my attention some issues with the reporting and notifications. The Nagios XI environment isn't reporting as accurately as the Nagios core was and I am not sure why since XI has a newer version of Nagios Core running.

I am guessing I have something incorrectly configured but not sure what I need to change or if this is an actual bug of some sort.

I believe we need to move this to our email ticketing system as we have to review your configs/logs. Please, send the profile.zip (from the "new" system) to [email protected].

Admin->System Profile->Download Profile
