When I click on the performance graph I am getting a blank page. Can you please help me in getting the performance graph information populated?

- What Nagios XI version is this?
- Is this for all hosts/services or just one/few?
- Does anything appear in /var/log/httpd/error_log when this happens?

For one of the affected services, please click the service name and go to the Advanced tab, take a screenshot of that, and then got to the adjacent tab showing where the graph should be and send a screenshot of that as well.

Is upgrading IE possible in this scenario? I believe that IE8 and older can't parse the graph properly.

Hi ,
I would check if there is such option in my organization. What would be the idle version to be upgraded to ?
