Accessing NA from another timezone

Just trying out NA and so far things look great. Initially a 1 or 2 hour report wasn't returning results, but I think we have our local time zones worked out. And now they are functional (NA appliance is installed in Pacific Standard Time). However, we are getting some netflow data from a device in China (CST). When a user in China accesses the NA page and runs a 1 hour report they are getting no results.
The sending device is showing the correct time as far as I can see: Current time: 2015-10-15 22:47:59 CST
That devices flow data on the NA appliance looks like:
2015-10-15 07:43:48.748 0.000 TCP 180.149.132.99:80 -> 10.6.11.91:52868 75 3000 1
2015-10-15 07:44:08.782 0.000 TCP 180.149.132.99:80 -> 10.6.11.91:52872 75 3900 1
2015-10-15 07:44:07.779 16.004 TCP 194.68.28.244:4070 -> 10.6.213.175:61916 825 1.2 M 1
I do not see a way for the user querying the NA appliance to set their timezone preference in their profile.
Any ideas on what I might have missed?
