Change the Default values for NCPA Agent Monitoring Wizard

How can I change the default values that get populated for a specific wizard. aka the "NCPA Agent Monitoring Wizard"

We were hoping to get that capability baked into XI5 but it didn't make it. It is on the roadmap.
In the meantime it is possible, it just requires some customization under the hood. Here is the documentation:
