Can we see a screenshot of your Admin ---> System Config ---> System Settings page?
Additionally, are you behind a proxy?
What are the permissions on your ls -l /usr/local/nagiosxi/tmp directory?

Hi,
I have attached the screenshot. and no proxy server is there.
Then i have tried this command
wkhtmltopdf -V
Resuly is :- wkhtmltopdf 0.12.1-c22928d (with patched qt)
Then also set hostname in:- /etc/hosts

Can you try to access the Nagios server using an internal IP and generate the PDF that way?
