Hello Team,
I am getting below error in Nagios Xi console.
CRITICAL: Return code of 255 is out of bounds.
Please suggest me how to proceed on this request.

There's likely a problem with the execution of your plugin. What wizard did you run against your remote host, and what type of host is it?

Thanks. I have installed NRPE on RHEL 5.11. May be it is plugin issue.

Can you run the check that you are getting that error on the interface from the nagios server as the nagios user against the RHEL 5.1 server? That's the best way to begin the troubleshooting process.
