Our Network Switch / Router Wizard can do exactly this. It is under Configure -> Configuration Wizards. You will need to enter in the SNMP token for that device for it to work.

The network switch/router wizard monitors interfaces, not ports. It uses SNMP. The only way to get the data you're seeking is with a pcap or netflow type device that deconstructs all the traffic on the server/switch/router. While this exists in a number of variants, our flavor is a different product, that being Nagios Network Analyzer. I don't know of any plugins or software that will dump TCP/UDP *port* traffic statistics to Nagios Core or Nagios XI.
