Active Directory Integration

Hi,
I'm trying to integrate AD with my Nagios XI install. I've followed the steps in https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ios-XI.pdf but when attempting to import the users I do not see the "Add Users from LDAP/AD" option from the "Manage Users" screen.
I am still on the trial licence while waiting for my purchased licence to be activated, so I have a feeling this may be the reason I am not seeing the option, but would like someone to confirm this if possible?
If this isn't the case, does anyone know why I would not be seeing this option as I have already filled out the details in the "Active Directory component" settings?
