I just setup Nagios XI and Fusion from a OVA. Configured a couple of hosts monitors on Nagios XI added a read only Fusion user and tried to connect Fusion to XI. Without success.
On Fusion menu under Configure/Server/Fusion Server Credentials, Server Status = Unresponsive and Atuh Check = Server Timeout.
Tried to connect with different users admin and a read only user, stopped firewall on both sides. Without success.
Both servers are in the same subnet and can communicate.

Versions:
Nagios XI 5.2.0
Nagios Fusion 2014R1.1

Someone have a hint for me to get this work ?

Most probably you are not able to connect because you selected "basic" authentication. Nagios XI servers use "session" authentication. For more info on the topic, see our "Nagios Fusion - Getting Started" document here:

Thank you for the link, I read it carefully before I posted here.

I've tested it with session and basic Authentication Method. But still Server Status = Unresponsive and Auth Check = Server Timeout. What do i miss

Session is the one you're supposed to use I believe. Have you configured SSL on the XI server?

No, currently no SSL..

sorry my fault, everything fine now was not related to Fusion, only to my fat finger....

Glad you were able to catch the mistake and everything's working! I will close this out now, but feel free to open another thread if you ever need help in the future.
