Warning and critical notifications to different set of users

Hi,
Is it possible to configure Nagios XI to send warning notifications to one user and critical notifications to another user?

Absolutely. You would just disable Warning or Critical for their notification preferences depending on who should receive what. This can be done either in the CCM under the Contacts section, or by clicking the username of the logged-in user and going to Notification Preferences.

Let me rephrase the request:
Once the critical error occurred , the alert mail has to go the general contact list people . After few alerts , it should notify/escalate to another set of people. How can I perform it with Nagios xi.

Yes please..
