Unable to run Alert Stream report from Nagios XI

Hi Team,
We are unable to execute Alert Stream report in Nagios even we installed Java on the System.
It is showing nothing after clicking on java.com.
Please let us know is there any way to open this report.

What version of Nagios are you running, and where did you install alert stream from?
Additionally, do you have java installed? Does it work in a different browser?

We didn't install alert stream, by default it was came along with Nagios.
Yes we tried in other browsers also.
Nagios XI 2014R2.7.
Java version we are using 1.8.0_45.

Open the Java Control Panel (windows button -> configure java). Go the the "Security" tab, and set the security level to lowest possible. Add an exception, i.e.
Code: Select all
https://x.x.x.x/nagiosxi/includes/components/alertstream/
where x.x.x.x is your Nagios XI server's IP address.

I am unable to run the report. Do we need to install Alert Stream component separately.

Do you have java x86 and java x64 installed or just one? If one, which one?
