Disable notification for contact by period.

If there a way to disable notification for a contract for a certain time frame.

We have support team members going on holidays and we want to disable notification for these persons.
Taking them out of the contact group and remembering to put them back is a hassle.

You can edit their notification times to exclude the holiday, but if the holiday is not on a set date each year this might not be the easiest to maintain.

It might be better to do as a feature request on the XI User level, to have an "Out Of Office" button. Would that work? How many accounts would need to be modified in this way?

I have filed a feature request for this, ID 7282.

As it is now in the developers hands, do you mind if I close this thread out?
