pouda,
Just to clarify this, did chmod 777 fix your plugin upload errors?

so problem is now solved ..; i installed a new Centos QServer with minimum service ... (previous install i checked Desktop Gui ...and it's an error ) now i have the possibilities to upload wizard properly....
so i confirm that it's highly recommended to install Centos with base services ...
