Dear Support,

We found that our nagioXI cannot update the configuration
It will keep load and never complete.

I alrady follow below URL

Fine tune the PHP setting and restart the nagios server.

But the issue still persist. Please help to check.

Are you using SSL in XI?

Can you navigate to Admin -> System settings - from there, what is your program url and external url set to?

How many hosts / service checks are you running on this machine?

There are around 28 host monitoring.

Moreover, we use ip to browse our nagios
https://192.168.36.34/nagiosxi

Is there any information in /var/log/cron ?

There are not any error logged in cron log during apply configuration.

Can you try changing your Program URL to https://192.168.36.34/nagiosxi/ and then try to apply configuration?
