Hi,
I created 2 alerts with in NLS and both are not running. They only run if I manually kick them off. One is an email and the other is a passive NRDP to XI. I have manually ran a check in which it would generate a warn or crit. It never cleared out after. Both are set to run 5m and check log history 5m. I am running the latest version of NLS 1.4.0.
Is there something else that I need to do to enable these alert checks?

Can you attempt to reset your jobs?
Follow these steps:
Got to Administration --> Command Subsystem --> Click on the Reset all Jobs button
Inside of your NLS command line, run this command after finishing the above command:
This should tell us whether or not the alerts are firing at all.

That seemed to clean things up. I will continue to run more tests.
