Hi,
I was trying to update my Nagios XI 2014R2.7 to the Latest available version: 5.2.3. I got it both failed from auto and manual process. Any ideas?

I use a proxy and have to tell yum about it. You need to edit the configuration file.
vi /etc/yum.conf
add the following to the [main] section

proxy=http://[host name here]:[Proxy Port here]/

so it looks like this but with your proxy...

proxy=http://proxy.domain.com:8080/

Then yum should work

I can see many "407 Proxy Authentication Required" errors... Can you verify that your proxy is configured according to the instructions on our FAQ wiki page here:

Also, run the following commands and show the output:
