Is your copy of RHEL5 paid for and activated by Red Hat? The installer will not work on an unactivated Red Hat system.

Otherwise, old releases are still on our servers, you can get them at the following address replacing just the version number:

http://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagi ... 1.6.tar.gz
http://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagi ... 1.4.tar.gz

... and so on. Hope that helps!

Just an FYI, there's no such thing as a free version of RHEL 5 that is also registered with RHN. Registration with RHN is what makes RHEL the "enterprise" linux. If you need a totally free Linux distribution that is fully supported for Nagios XI, use CentOS 5 or 6.
