Problems with Enterprise Trial Nagios XI

Hello

our Company wanted to test Nagios XI, so wie downloaded the Free Trial Version von Nagios XI,
now we wanted to test the Enterprise Version, but now everytime we want to Check the Host or Service Status, we get the Error, that our License has Exceeded.
Under License Informationen, it says that 52 Days are remaining for the Enterprise Trial.

How do i fix this?

Can you go to Admin -> License Information and post a screenshot? There are actually two licenses, one for XI itself and one for the Enterprise features. They run on separate timers, so what likely happened is you set the XI license to FREE, which would explain the "License Exceeded" message - the FREE version is different from the trial, and is limited to 7 hosts.

Ahh, it looks like you ran into a situation where your regular XI license expired past the 60 days, and the Enterprise trial must have been started at a later date which is why it is still showing as 50 days remaining.

In this case, until you purchase a license you will be limited to 7 hosts total being monitored, and you have 31 currently. If you would like to discuss further options, please PM me directly!
