Nagios XI license replacement

When I took a backup from running backup_xi.sh on a Nagios XI 2014R2.7 that is installed with a permanent license, and restored it to a new built Nagios XI 2014R2.7 that has a 60-day temporary license, the new built Nagios XI server has all the setup/configuration from the first Nagios XI server, including the permanent Nagios XI license. We already ordered a permanent license for this new built Nagios XI server. What are the procedures for us to use to remove this license from this new built Nagios XI server and install the permanent license we ordered for this Nagios XI server? Under the "License Information", I see " Enterprise Features: Enabled [Remove Key] under "License Options". Should I click "[Remove Key]" to start this process? Please clarify and/or provide the instructions. Thanks!

However, we already purchased a permanent license for this Nagios XI server on a new Linux server. I was not talking about ordering new license for Nagios XI. We have one. Sorry for any confusion that might have been caused by my wording before.

I understand, and I can help somewhat on the support side of things, but the Sales team handles this type of question all the time and will be able to assist more quickly. I've asked them for clarification but have not received a reply yet. I will update this topic when I do. But they're more likely to answer you more quickly than they will answer me :)
