I everyone
I have a estrange error on nagios XI. When i try add any comment in a host or service the information don't was saved but i can't find any error on log.

Is "Jonathan Cruz" local or "AD/LDAP" user? Go to Admin->Manage Users->Edit, and show a screenshot of the "Security Settings" section for this user.

Which logs are you checking for an error?

Can you take a look at /var/log/cron and see if anything is happening?
