Can't login

Our company bought a license last week; License Key was entered today in the morning (last day of the free trial), users could login OK. After 3 hours, users can't login and no error message is displayed.
Few minutes later 'DB Connect Error [nagiosxi]: Database connection failed ' message is displayed when user tried to login
