Can't login

Our company bought a license last week; License Key was entered today in the morning (last day of the free trial), users could login OK. After 3 hours, users can't login and no error message is displayed.

Few minutes later 'DB Connect Error [nagiosxi]: Database connection failed ' message is displayed when user tried to login

This is not the result of a license key. When the trial runs out the users can login, but every page displays a message telling them to register.

Check your caps-lock and report back.

Looks like the Postgres server might have stopped. Try this:

1. Login to the nagiosxi server as root (via SSH)
2. Run the following command:

service postgresql start
